JPA / Johnston, Parker & Associates was founded in 2006 with the purpose of providing professional skiptracing and collateral recovery management solutions and services to the financial and insurance industry.

We are a licensed investigations company, governed by a strong code of ethics, compassion and integrity.

CJ Johnston - President

I was born Christine Rachele Johnston in Darby, PA in 1969 and moved to Texas during high school. I graduated from Plano Senior high and started my own business, a Beauty Salon shortly thereafter. An accident in 2000 set me back, but did not stop my motivation. I turned in my scissors for a magnifying glass and a new start in a new business. I have incorporated my years at customer service, employee management, problem solving skills, compassion and belief of "Do what is right." to JPA.

Jeanne Johnston - Vice President

I am blessed to be born, raised and working in the great state of Texas. I hold a BA in Economics and Finance and a Masters in Public Administration from UTD. I have been in the skip industry since 1999, teaming up with Christine in 2000 (friends since 1987) and together we started JPA in 2006. One of our major goals in forming JPA was to create a more professional skip company and a pleasant and positive place for people to work.
